Book Luxury is a real-time analytics platform that gives luxury rental agencies the data and insights to optimize pricing and occupancy. We built a React + Chart.js dashboard backed by live Airtable data syncing, deployed on scalable AWS infrastructure.

Luxury Rentals · PropTech : Luxury rental agencies were benchmarking pricing manually across scattered sources, with no single real-time view of the market.

They needed one platform to centralize rental-market data, automate benchmarking, and keep listings and performance metrics synchronized in real time.

built it.
A data-driven build: a React + Chart.js analytics frontend, an Airtable-API integration for live data syncing, and a backend pipeline for real-time updates and alerts on AWS.
