We only collect what we need to respond to you and to run the website well:

• Contact details: name, email, phone number, and message content you voluntarily send through our contact form or via email.
• Scheduling data: if you book a call through Calendly, Calendly collects your name, email, and meeting time on our behalf.
• Anonymous analytics: page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location (country/city), used only to understand how the site is used.
• Project data during engagements : only the data you explicitly share with us to deliver the work (source code, documents, credentials under signed NDA).

3. How we use your data

• To reply to your inquiry or scope a potential engagement.
• To deliver the services you’ve contracted us for.
• To improve the content and performance of this website.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, contractual records).

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party AI models.

Client data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is limited to the specific team members working on your project under the principle of least privilege. For regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, legal) we sign BAAs, DPAs, and NDAs on request and can deploy directly to your own cloud so your data never leaves your control.

This website uses strictly necessary cookies for functionality and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.

6. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the site and deliver services. Each has its own privacy terms:

• Calendly (scheduling)
• Email providers (Google Workspace / similar)
• Cloud hosting (Vercel, AWS, GCP, depending on project)
