AutoNex Solution provides custom software development, AI engineering, chatbot development, workflow automation, SaaS platform development, and related consulting. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties. This website and its content are not themselves a binding offer for services.

3. Use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scrape, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the site without our written permission.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to harm the site or other users.

4. Intellectual property

All branding, copy, illustrations, and code on this website are the property of AutoNex Solution or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Work produced for clients under a signed SOW is transferred to the client on final payment, as specified in that SOW. Case study and portfolio content is shared with permission from the respective clients.

5. Engagement terms

All paid engagements are governed by the SOW or MSA executed between AutoNex Solution and the client. Those documents, not this page, control payment terms, deliverables, timelines, warranties, liability limits, and IP assignment. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed SOW/MSA, the signed document prevails.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness, or availability of the site or its content. Case studies describe past results with specific clients and do not guarantee equivalent outcomes for your project. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoNex Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website. Total aggregate liability related to the website (separate from any paid engagement) is limited to $100 USD.
