HirePass is an AI-powered hiring suite that automates recruitment end to end - resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and analytics - in one intelligent dashboard. We shipped the MVP in ~10 weeks on a React + Tailwind frontend with AI resume parsing and a scalable cloud backend.

Recruiters needed one intelligent dashboard to screen resumes, rank candidates, schedule interviews, and keep applicants informed, without disrupting existing HR workflows.

A ~10-week MVP build. React + Tailwind frontend, AI resume-parsing for candidate filtering, and workflow automation for scheduling and reminders, deployed on scalable cloud infrastructure.
